Shipping and Returns
Due to the nature of the variety of products we carry, and multiple suppliers, shipping times can vary. Unless otherwise stated, shipping is handled through sea freight and arranged by the supplier of the product you ordered. Depending on the product shipping times can range from 20-60 days. If you have not received your order in that window please contact us. Once a label is created, regardless if it has left a suppliers facility, we are not in control of the package/shipping, however we can assist in communication with the supplier.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may result in delays in delivery. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Returns are only granted for defects in the product or damage occurred in shipping. Please reach out through our contact page for further instruction if you encounter shipping damage. Damage deemed to have occurred in the installation or assembly process is not covered; please consult a professional for installation or assembly services. Returns or cancellations are NOT granted for delays in shipping or any other reasons than stated.
If you wish to cancel your order please do so within the first 24 hours of placing your order. 24 hours from your order being received it is processed, submitted to the supplier, and initiated. Under NO circumstances can the order be cancelled after the order is initiated.
