      • How long does it usually take for an order to arrive?
        • It depends on where you are located but the delivery window is 25 - 45 days, but we typically see ~35 days as an average.
      • Do you offer an express shipping option?
        • Generally we do not offer an express shipping option because suppliers often do not have those services available to them. If it is an extreme circumstance please reach out to us directly and we will do everything we can to help. That said, large quantity orders are not eligible for express shipping services.
        • Where is your warehouse located?
          • We do not warehouse any of the inventory you see here on our site. Vela Lighting is a collection page and matchmaker. We connect you, the customer with the supplier directly so the supplier/manufacturer will be completing the fulfillment of your order.
        • Do you offer a warranty?
          • Please refer to our warranty page for more information.
        • Can I cancel my order?
          • Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24hr period, the order is executed with the supplier and cannot be cancelled or modified. Any order cancellations will incur a 5% restocking fee to offset payment processing fees.
        • Why can't I use a credit card for my purchase?
          • It's one of the ways we're able to provide the best pricing for our customers. By not paying for payment processing fees we can pass those savings along. For more information please read about on our purchase methods page.
        • I broke a part of my fixture can I buy a replacement part
          • Unfortunately we do not stock replacement parts. We can reach out to the supplier on your behalf for parts but replacement parts is often not something they provide.
          • On Products that use a remote control for the light temperature, how does that work?
            • Fixtures that use a remote control are powered on and off, and cycle through the light temperatures (model dependent) cool, neutral, warm. Some have dimming as well as on and off. Please note that when the lamp is powered off (wall switch or otherwise) the fixtures DO NOT have a memory setting to return to previous setting when powered on again. The setting must be reset.
